Locations

The main center of Youth Health Service, Inc. is located in Elkins at 971 Harrison Ave, near the Davis Memorial Hospital.  Children and teens being seen for an initial clinical intake will come with their families to this main center to meet with clinical staff.  There may be additional services a child needs that can only be accessed at the main campus, but many of our therapy treatments are available to children and teens at alternate sites closer to their homes and schools.

In Barbour County, kids can see their YHS therapist or family specialist at the Belington Clinic.  In Upshur County, this takes place at Pearson Family Medicine.  In Tucker and Pocahontas Counties, our therapists travel to the schools who provide space for kids to be seen while at school.

Youth Health Service also has a second office in Randolph County near the Tygarts Valley and George Ward schools in Mill Creek for children, teens, and families living on this end of the county.  Medical records are located at the main campus in Elkins and inquiries regarding medical records, administration, employment, etc, should be made to the Elkins site.

We are also pleased to provide school-based services in Randolph, Tucker, Barbour, Upshur and Pocahontas Counties. For more information on these services, contact 1-800-427-2408.
